Service Description: Ruqya HomeCare is a private, in-home spiritual care session designed to empower Muslim families through education, cleansing, and healing rooted in authentic ruqyah syar’iyyah. This 1 hour session combines practical knowledge with spiritual action - providing families with the tools, guidance, and rituals to purify and protect their homes and hearts. The service includes: ✅ Home Ruqyah Cleansing With your permission, I will perform a spiritual cleansing of the home through: The recitation of Surah Al-Baqarah (dependent on circumstances) Supplementary ruqyah verses focused on purification, protection, and tranquility. Guided application of ruqyah water around key entry points and living areas. Cleansing and removal of afflictions related artifacts (if any) Each household will receive a curated starter kit to continue their spiritual maintenance at home. The kit includes: Bottled ruqya water spray for home cleansing and fragrancing Mini pack of sidr powder Home Ruqyah Guidebook with du’as, daily routines, and tips for spiritual upkeep (softcopy) *Product offerings may change at the discretion and availability of essentials from RuqyaBox Who This Is For: Families experiencing unrest, discomfort, or unexplainable negativity at home Households moving into a new space seeking a spiritually protected start Parents wanting to protect their children from spiritual disturbances Any Muslim family eager to learn ruqyah as part of their self-care and spiritual growth Travel fees may apply for locations beyond standard radius or schedule availability.
Cancellation Policy
For our full Client Information Centre, please refer to our Before You Book page. By booking a consultation with RuqyaBox, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy. Our consultations provide Islamic guidance and education based on the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah. They do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care and should not be regarded as a medical diagnosis or emergency service. Healing and outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as ultimate healing belongs to Allah سبØانه وتعالى. Every individual responds differently. Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Consultation fees are non-refundable once confirmed, as your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. One rescheduling request may be considered with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments, late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for joining on time with a stable internet connection and suitable environment. Technical issues on the client's side do not qualify for refunds or extensions. Clients are expected to communicate respectfully. RuqyaBox reserves the right to terminate consultations or refuse future bookings in cases of abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.
