Our consultations are conducted in accordance with the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah, with the aim of providing ethical guidance, education, and practical self-ruqyah support. We strive to create a professional, respectful, and confidential environment for every client.

Before making a booking, please take a few moments to read the important information below.

What Is Included

An online consultation may include:

A discussion of your concerns, symptoms, and relevant history.
Guidance on self-ruqyah based on Islamic teachings.
Practical lifestyle recommendations where appropriate.
Advice on strengthening daily worship and spiritual wellbeing.
Suggestions for appropriate follow-up.
Every consultation is tailored to the individual.

What Our Consultation Is Not

Our consultation is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal service.

We do not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medication, or provide emergency care.

We do not claim certainty regarding sihr, the evil eye ('ain), hasad, or jinn-related disturbances. Where appropriate, we may discuss possibilities, but ultimate knowledge of the unseen belongs to Allah alone.

Clients should continue appropriate care with qualified healthcare professionals whenever necessary.

Healing Cannot Be Guaranteed

Every individual is different.

No practitioner can guarantee healing, symptom improvement, or a specific outcome.

Healing belongs solely to Allah سبحانه وتعالى.

Our role is to provide sincere guidance, education, and support based upon Islamic principles.

Client Responsibilities

By booking a consultation, you agree to:

Provide honest and accurate information.
Attend your appointment on time.
Participate respectfully throughout the consultation.
Maintain realistic expectations.
Take responsibility for implementing any recommendations.
Seek medical attention whenever appropriate.

Booking & Payment

Appointments are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

All fees are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Your consultation time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows are generally not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

Refund Policy

All consultation fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

This includes cancellations due to changes in personal circumstances, late arrivals, technical issues on the client's side, dissatisfaction with perceived outcomes, or a decision not to proceed.

If RuqyaBox is unable to conduct the consultation due to circumstances within our control, we will arrange a suitable alternative appointment or, where appropriate, issue a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Singapore consumer law where such rights cannot legally be excluded.

Online Consultation Requirements

Please ensure that you:

Have a stable internet connection.
Join from a quiet and private location.
Use a device with a working microphone and camera if requested.
Join the meeting promptly at the scheduled time.

Respectful Communication

We are committed to treating every client with dignity, professionalism, and respect.

We ask that clients extend the same courtesy to our consultants.

Abusive behaviour, threats, harassment, discriminatory remarks, or disruptive conduct may result in the consultation being terminated and future bookings declined.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us.

Information shared during your consultation will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable laws in Singapore. It will only be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to prevent serious harm.

Recording

Clients may not record, livestream, or distribute any part of the consultation without our prior written permission.

We welcome honest and constructive feedback.

If you have any concerns about your consultation, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to reviewing concerns fairly and professionally and, where possible, working towards an appropriate resolution.
