Cancellation Policy

For our full Client Information Centre, please refer to our Before You Book page. By booking a consultation with RuqyaBox, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy. Our consultations provide Islamic guidance and education based on the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah. They do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care and should not be regarded as a medical diagnosis or emergency service. Healing and outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as ultimate healing belongs to Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Every individual responds differently. Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Consultation fees are non-refundable once confirmed, as your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. One rescheduling request may be considered with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments, late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for joining on time with a stable internet connection and suitable environment. Technical issues on the client's side do not qualify for refunds or extensions. Clients are expected to communicate respectfully. RuqyaBox reserves the right to terminate consultations or refuse future bookings in cases of abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.
